Employer & Job Posting Terms

  • Employers are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their job postings and must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Only genuine, active job opportunities can be posted. Third-party advertisements and multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, franchise offers, or commission-only roles without full disclosure are strictly prohibited.
  • Employers must not post jobs requiring sensitive personal information (e.g., race, religion, health status) unless lawful and essential.

Resume & Candidate Data Usage

  • Job seekers are solely responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their posted resumes and profile data.
  • Resume and profile data may be shared with potential employers, in accordance with privacy settings and applicable law.
  • Personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy and as required by law.

Communications

By using the Site, you agree to receive communications via email, SMS, or phone, relating to your account, job applications, or portal updates. You can opt out of marketing notifications through your account settings.

Third-party Links & External Content

  • The Site may contain links to third-party sites. HiringXchange is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites, and accessing such links is at your own risk.
  • The presence of any third-party links does not imply endorsement by HiringXchange.

User Content & Rights

  • By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through HiringXchange, you grant HiringXchange a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Site.

  • HiringXchange does not guarantee any outcomes, including job placement or candidate hiring.
  • HiringXchange's total liability in connection with your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HiringXchange and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

  • HiringXchange may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any or no reason, including for any violation of these Terms.
